Time of Celebration Membership Intake Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Time of Celebration Ministries Church!

This form is designed to help us understand who you are, where you are in your current relationship with God, and how you view God and church membership. Please be assured that your answers will be held in strict confidence and will be used to help establish you as a new member of our church. Our passion is to provide a place where you can develop in your relationship with God and equip you with sound biblical principles for your growth and development. Upon completion of the Membership Intake Form, your next step as a new member, if you are located in the local Houston area, will be to join us in person for our Membership Care life group on Wednesday nights at 7:30 p.m.
