Have a conference day during school hours, instead of classes.

Have scheduled online conferences using a video chat application.

Have "showcase" conferences that include student clubs, sports, art, choir, and / or band performances.

Have conferences that include family fun night activities with competitions and food.

Have students create a digital presentation link to share with their parents, explaining their grades and learning, followed by email communications with teachers as needed.

Unfortunately, many teachers hear criticism more often than positive and encouraging remarks from the community. Have you recently shared something positive with a neighbor, friend, family member, or co-worker about RMS or one of its teachers? If so, we are grateful. In this survey we've encouraged honest feedback, good or bad. Now we want to give you an opportunity to share something positive and encouraging about our school or employees - we'd love to hear how we are making a positive difference in our community!
