What would be a better name for Manhattan Beach's Parking Lot 3?

Manhattan Beach's Parking Lot 3 (between Center Place and 12th St. on Morningside Drive) is the most talked-about parking lot in the city, and yet it has the most boring and least descriptive name possible. At this point, we think it needs a refresh. We've already collected a few suggestions. Tell us what you think, or give us your best new ideas!
