BOOKING INFORMATION FOR ICE CREAM (EFFECTIVE THROUGH APRIL 2021):

Ice Cream Truck or 1/2 Pint Trailer = $150 first hour; then $75 per hour thereafter - for an event and/or catering; translates into approx 45 individual single scoop sales over the two hour period; requires credit card on file and cancellation policy in effect.

CANCELLATION POLICY AS FOLLOWS:  cancelling within 48 hours of start time of event = owe 25% of minimum and $25 booking fee; cancelling within 36 hours of start time of event = owe 50% of minimum and $25 booking fee; cancelling within 24 hours of start time of event = owe 100% of minimum but no booking fee.

BOOKING FEES AS FOLLOWS:  A $25 booking fee will be charged for both regular events and catered events and will be applied to their total bill as long as event takes place.  Only the primary booking fee will be applied towards an event.  If their regular event or catered event is canceled within 7 days they will forfeit the $25 booking fee.  If their event is rescheduled the original booking fee covers the rescheduled event - this is a one time offer.  If client reschedules more then once a second separate booking fee of $25 will be accessed.

**consider a last minute booking fee within 7 days of the event has non refundable booking fee of an extra $25 so total of $50 booking fee; dependent upon ice cream truck and/or ice cream trailer availability and staffing; all cancellation policies would still apply and be in effect.

BOOKING INFORMATION FOR HOT DOGS (EFFECTIVE THROUGH APRIL 2021):

MINIMUM: $200 for first hour; thereafter $100 per hour - exclusive of taxes and gratuities; translates into sale of 40 dogs for 1st hour; additional sale of 20 dogs for 2nd hour.  Drinks and other sides extra.  If catered event based on 2 dogs per person this includes a bag of chips per person.  Requires credit card on file and cancellation policy in effect.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND RESCHEDULING POLICY IS THE SAME AS ICE CREAM.

Hot dog booking requires a minimum of 2 weeks notice for ANY event.  This is necessary in order to add your event to OUR regular schedule.  We will make every effort to be able to provide hot dogs etc for your event.

**If this booking is made with less than 2 weeks notice there is additional $25 nonrefundable booking fee (total $50 booking fee); less than 1 weeks notice there is additional $50 nonrefundable booking fee (total $75 booking fee); less than 3 days notice there is additional $75 nonrefundable booking fee (total $100 booking fee).**

18% gratuity and taxes will be accessed for catered events.
