Your Union Bargaining Team calls all Local 2975 workers to attend the City Council meeting on Monday, October 5. Doors open at Fire Station #1 (400 NW Harrison Blvd) to the public at 6:00 p.m. with the meeting beginning shortly thereafter. One difference: we will be holding a picket line and picket captain training outside while the few speakers go in. Please meet at Fire Station #1 at 5:45 p.m.

Your fellow union members filled the council chambers when we last approached City Council in June and again in August. We need your presence again to show the councilors that we are serious about securing a fair contract.
