What do you want to see from Trees, People and the Built Environment 6?
June 2027 (date TBC) | Birmingham
Theme: Urban tree challenges – what practice needs and what research tells us
We are looking ahead to TPBE6 and co-design is high on our agenda to develop an event that is informative across the trees and built environment professions. Our vision is to explore five priority topics through the lens of delivery and research to build knowledge and confidence for a healthy sustainable and expanded urban treescape.
During this one-day conference the scene will be set through mini keynotes, one for each of the focal topics, to introduce new knowledge and level the playing field in understanding. Development scenarios will then be explored from the perspective of a range of professions, including the voice of research to challenge and flag opportunity. Achievability will also be demonstrated through reference to real world examples.
This survey explores your appetite for such a conference day, seeks your views on which topics are of greatest interest to your profession, and which scenarios you would like to see played out for that real world perspective.
