Introduction
Following the Alberta Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) Order 16-2021, we are asking for your input as we work through loosened restrictions on visitation in continuing care centres.  The first section relates to increased numbers of designated family/support persons and then the following section has questions specific to your comfort with increased social visiting at the site. Please complete all questions.

Recurring set scheduled visits are easier for sites to manage and to accommodate multiple request while meeting the requirements for physical distancing among people and between  groups. Would you be willing to have a recurring visiting slot (i.e. at the same day/time every visit)?

Thank you for providing your input.  Each site will be reviewing results and implementing plans that align with collective responses from residents, agents and staff.  Plans will be implemented by May 10 and we will be re-surveying approximately every 6 weeks.
