This enrichment opportunity is available for undergraduate and graduate students from Auburn University and Southern Union State Community College that have completed at least 30 hours of credit prior to December 31, 2025, and comes at no cost. Participants will experience an Auburn kickoff, engage with local and statewide elected officials as well as business and nonprofit leaders, garner an understanding of the workforce opportunities around the area, and enjoy the area’s quality of life first-hand.

Please know that it’s incredibly important that we strong participation if you are selected – with a requirement of four of the five sessions. We will work with you to assist in garnering the appropriate passes for any class time you might miss.

These are the days/times that our programs will be facilitated. Please review and if you are unable to make four of the five, please take this into consideration before applying.


1. Auburn Kickoff: 8 am - 4:30 pm on Friday, January 16

2. Montgomery Drive-In: 11 am on Wednesday, February 4 – 3:00 pm Thursday, February 5

3. Work in Auburn: 8 am – 3:30 pm on Tuesday, February 17

4. Serve in Auburn: 8 am – 3 pm on Friday, March 20

5. Live and Play in Auburn / Graduation: 12:30 pm – 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 2


The program will accept up to 30 participants. Applications will be accepted October 27 – December 1, 2025, and those accepted will be notified by December 19, 2025.
