The AFSA Education Foundation is thrilled to offer a total of three scholarships for MoneySKILL instructors to attend this year’s Jump$tart National Educator Conference (NEC) in Aurora, Colorado, held from November 6 - 8, 2026. The NEC is the premier national conference dedicated exclusively to financial education in PreK-12 classrooms across the county. The scholarship covers full conference registration fees, two nights of hotel accommodation, six conference meals, and a travel reimbursement up to $500.
We are awarding one scholarship specifically to an educator in North Carolina and two scholarships to educators from any state. Please complete the brief application below no later than Friday, July 10, 2026 to enter the drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter.
In order to be eligible for a scholarship, you must have an existing MoneySKILL instructor account associated with your email and have enrolled at least five students in a middle or high school level MoneySKILL class in the past 12 months. Please note: As a condition of receiving this scholarship, recipients will be required to provide a brief written or video testimonial to the AFSA Education Foundation about their experience using the MoneySKILL platform.
