Communications and Engagement
: Recommend effective communications methods to promote engagement within our operations teams. Enhance awareness and celebration of varying cultures within our organization.
Recruiting and Selection:
Reach out to and continue ongoing relationships with local community organizations (schools, diversity recruitment groups, professional and development associations, etc.) to promote job openings and nurture talent recruitment pipelines.
Program & Policy Review:
Develop program recommendations and sustainable execution plans that can be easily applied at all locations.
Training & Education:
Identify training needs across the organization and recommend sustainable ways to create reliable resources to deliver needed training.
Measure Effectiveness:
Create and distribute surveys that measure inclusion to ensure our employees feel a sense of belonging and all voices are heard and respected.
