Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to an online payment platform, Zeffy.

Exhibitor registration is for organizations seeking to table at the event.
There is no cost to attend the Health & Human Services Summit.
1.Name of the organization applying to exhibit(Required.)

(Registration comes with one 6' table and 2 chairs. An additional table will cost $50 and come with one 6' table and 2 chairs)(Required.)
6.Will you need additional chairs?
(Registration comes with one 6' table and 2 chairs. An additional table includes 2 chairs. Additional chairs cost $7 per chair.)(Required.)
