Canoe Valley Recreation Centre Service was established by the Regional District of Fraser-Fort George in 1996 for the residents of the Village of Valemount and the surrounding Electoral Area H. The Regional District is now surveying residents to plan the future of Canoe Valley Recreation Centre and make sure community needs are met and the service is adequately funded.

You can complete this survey as an individual or on behalf of your family. Please complete separate surveys for family members if it is important to have their individual answers recorded.

Canoe Valley Recreation Centre currently provides:
  • ice surface for recreation and sports (October to March)
  • arena surface for recreation and sports (April to September)
  • gym (all year)
  • meeting room (all year)
  • concession (generally accessible to recreation and sports, October to March)

Canoe Valley Recreation Centre is currently open:
  • 6 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week during the ice season (October to March)
  • 6 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week during the ice-off season (April to September)
