This survey is being conducted by the Central Valley Pacific Islander Alliance (CVPIA)

Purpose: This survey will be used to inform how Pacific Islander-serving organizations, leaders, and advocates can better support and elevate our Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander youth living in Central Valley, California. The Central Valley includes the following counties: Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Merced, Mariposa, Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and Kern.

This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.

There will be three sections:
The first section will ask about your demographics. Any and all information you provide will not be used to identify you. Your responses will help us gather information about our overall Central Valley NHPI youth population characteristics. The second section will ask you questions concerning your experiences about living in the Central Valley and any services, resources, or general needs you would like for yourself.
The third section will ask you what media platforms and resources you find most of your information on or from.
