Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders in Central Valley Community Needs Assessment |
This survey is being conducted by the Central Valley Pacific Islander Alliance (CVPIA).
Purpose: This survey will be used to inform how Pacific Islander-serving organizations, leaders, and advocates can better support and elevate our Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities living in Central Valley, California. The Central Valley includes the following counties: Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Merced, Mariposa, Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and Kern.
This survey will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
There will be two sections:
A. The first section will ask about your demographics. Any and all information you provide will not be used to identify you. Your responses will help us gather information about our overall Central Valley NHPI population characteristics.
B. The second section will ask about your experiences living in Central Valley and about any information or resources you would like for yourself and/or your household.
