NoCO CoC Community Partner Demographics Survey

Demographics and Background

The purpose of this survey is to better understand the demographics and background of staff who work to address homelessness in Larimer and Weld counties inside the Continuum of Care network of community partners. The survey results will help to increase diversity and inclusion within Continuum of Care boards, committees, and workgroups.

The answers of this survey will be anonymous and data collected will only be shared in aggregate. The people reviewing this data will not know who submitted which answers unless you include your name at the bottom. 

The data will be reviewed Tuesday, August 8th, 2022.
