15.Please give us details of any TUESDAYS you are unavailable from November 2026 to March 2027 inclusive. You will be expected to attend all rehearsals as you are called on the Schedule. The information you provide here will be used to write the schedule. We will have a break for Christmas.

16.Theatre on the Steps aims to provide a safe and friendly place for young people who are interested in the performing arts. All we ask is that you are keen and enthusiastic and that you uphold a few simple rules.
1. Fees must be paid in advance as per the schedule shared by email.
2. Appropriate clothing needs to be worn as per the needs of the production.
3. Students are expected to treat staff, volunteers, other students, the buildings and equipment with respect at all times.
4. No young person must leave the building during a session or rehearsal for any reason without the permission of a parent or guardian and informing staff before leaving.
5. Younger children must be dropped off and collected at the Theatre door.
6. We reserve the right to refuse entry and membership at any time should we have reason to need to.
7. Most of the work that we do relies on students working with each other as part of a group, particularly when we are rehearsing a show, if a student is missing then it makes what we planned to do very difficult, if you are unable to attend a Session, rehearsal or show please text or telephone us asap beforehand so that we can plan effectively.
7. During a performance (and rehearsals) the stage area can be a very busy place, with scenery, props and furniture being moved quickly, while we will remind them all students should maintain keen awareness when in 'show mode' keeping the wings area clear and immediately obeying any instructions from the Stage Manager or others in backstage roles during the production.
