Weekly Monitoring Observation Collection

This weekly questionnaire collects your observations and opinions about adoption and compliance with a list of COVID-reduction strategies. Whether you are out and about every day or haven’t left home except for groceries since March, your insight is valuable. 

If a strategy has been adopted in your locality, please give your opinion on the percentage of people who are consistently using the strategy.  If a strategy has not been adopted near you, please answer 0%. If you do not know whether a strategy is in place in your state, please mark 0%. 

Some people do not feel they are aware enough of local practices to give useful responses. We are collecting these responses from many people in each state. The "Wisdom of the Crowd" works by aggregating many partial views to get a more complete picture, so everyone's observations will help add to this picture.
