Thank you for your interest in the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival events! We are looking for culinary vendors for our Signature Events, each hosted within a different series throughout the year. This includes Summer Series, Grape & Wine Fall Series and Icewine Series. More on each of these Festivals below…
Summer Series – Wine Country Tailgate Party
Date: Saturday June 27, 2026, 6PM to 11PM
Location: Jackson-Triggs Winery, NOTL
Type of Food: Barbeque, Summer Bites, etc...
*FOOD TRUCKS PERMITTED*
A laid-back yet stylish Wine Country tailgate party featuring local wines, gourmet bites, and good vibes—complete with boots, dancing, and sunset toasts to kick off the summer.
Summer Series – Brunch By The Lake - COMPLETED.
Date: Sunday July 5, 2026
Location: Charles Daley Park, Lincoln (TBC)
Type of Food: Tapas Style, gourmet, your establishments top pick/pairs best with certain type of wine (will be connected with a winery partner upon or shortly after acceptance)

A lively lakeside brunch battle where top chefs compete with creative dishes, perfectly paired with fine wines, as guests indulge, sip, and soak in the scenic views.
Grape & Wine Fall Series – The Niagara Grape & Wine Festival
Date: Thursday September 24 through Sunday September 27, 2026
Location: Montebello Park, St. Catharines
Type of Food: Variety, your establishments favourites!

A vibrant celebration of Niagara’s world-class wine region, the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival features award-winning wines, gourmet food, live music, and festive events in the heart of St. Catharines, Ontario.
Icewine Series – Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village
Date: Early January 2027 (TBC)
Location: Downtown, Niagara-on-the-Lake
Type of Food: Sweet, spicy and savoury! The type of food that pairs well with Icewine. Warm options preferred.

Celebrating the region’s world-renowned Icewine! Held in the town’s historic downtown, the event transforms the area into a charming, wintery wonderland with ice bars, tastings from local wineries and gourmet food pairings
Icewine Series – The Cool As Ice Gala
Date: Late January 2027 (TBC)

Type of Food: Tapas Style, gourmet
