Thank you for your interest in the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival events! We are looking for culinary vendors for our Signature Events, each hosted within a different series throughout the year. This includes Summer Series, Grape & Wine Fall Series and Icewine Series. More on each of these Festivals below…
Summer Series – Wine Country Tailgate Party
Date: June 28, 2025
Location: Niagara Winery (TBC)

WINE COUNTRY TAILGATE PARTY CULINARY PACKAGE
A laid-back yet stylish Wine Country tailgate party featuring local wines, gourmet bites, and good vibes—complete with boots, dancing, and sunset toasts to kick off the summer.
Summer Series – Brunch By The Lake
Date: July 6, 2025 (TBC)
Location: Charles Daley Park (TBC)
Type of Food: Tapas Style, gourmet, your establishments top pick/pairs best with certain type of wine (will be connected with a winery partner upon or shortly after acceptance)

Icewine Series – Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village
Date: Early January (TBD)
Location: Downtown, Niagara-on-the-Lake
Type of Food: Sweet, spicy and savoury! The type of food that pairs well with Icewine. Warm options preferred.
