Survey for Pharmacists and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Services

The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) and the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) are undertaking a co-design process to develop an online training course that will equip pharmacists with increased knowledge and skills to work integrated within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Service setting.  Your assistance completing this survey would be valued.

In this survey Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Service (AHS) is a term that includes both community controlled health services and those controlled by government entities. (AHS is used as an abbreviation through the survey). We are seeking information from both pharmacists working (or wanting to work) in the sector as well as representatives from AHS (clinical staff, managers, board members)

This survey is anticipated to take no more than 10 minutes and may be completed anonymously. Your consent to be part of this survey will be evidenced by your submission of the survey.
