Food Drive Registration Form

Thanks for your interest in hosting a Food Drive to support the Glen House Food Pantry. Please complete this online registration form and we’ll get back to you with next steps – including making arrangements to provide tools to make your event a success! If you have questions, please email FoodDrives@GlenHouseFoodPantry.org or call the Glen House Food Pantry at 630-469-6988.

7.Day, date, approximate time you will visit the Pantry to drop off food collected
NOTE: Standard donation drop-off hours are Monday - Thursday, 9 - 11 a.m.; and Friday, 9 a.m. - Noon.(Required.)
