Non-affected/Voluntary Request
There are many reasons a worksite may request to change their CTR Status such as worksite relocation, reduction of workforce, or consolidation of offices.
If a previously-affected CTR worksite no longer employs one hundred (100) or more affected employees and expects not to employ that number of affected employees for the next twelve (12) months, the City shall consider that worksite no longer to be a non-affected employer beginning thirty (30) days after written notice is provided to the Department of its change in status.

A voluntary worksite, meaning you will still have access to the CTR survey and all of Commute Seattle's resources and programming, or
A non-affected worksite, meaning you will not be invited to survey your employees and will not included in CTR-specific programming and events.
Filling out the form below will serve as an official request to become a voluntary or non-affected worksite.
