With the 2024 Awards now complete, it’s time for us to develop our Log of Claims for the next round of Award negotiations, which will commence in the second half of this year.

Our Log of Claims is what we take to FRNSW listing what we are seeking from our next Awards including wage increases, new or revised conditions of employment, and/or other claims relating to our employment. The Log of Claims is the starting point for negotiations, not necessarily the end point. Just like the last two rounds of Award negotiations, we will continue to build on all our wins to deliver a better and safer job through our Award conditions.

With this is in mind, we need all members to complete the below survey. This survey will ensure that the Log of Claims is driven by the key priorities of the membership, and the more information we have, the better the Log of Claims will reflect what we all want.

Like our previous Log of Claims, this one will be developed in direct consultation with you all, and the final version will ultimately be voted on and endorsed by all members through an SGM.
