* - OPEN TO: Businesses, Families, Individuals, Groups, Teams and Clubs are all eligible to participate!

- Contest entry fee is $15 and includes a wooden frame to display your scarecrow. Frames can be picked up at Town Hall on Saturday, October 7th from 9am-12pm or Wednesday October 11th from 4:30-6:30pm.

- Scarecrows will be assembled for display on the Town Common Saturday, October 14th from 12-3pm. Participants must be present to assemble their scarecrows. Members of the celebrations committee will be on site to assign your location and help you assemble.

- Scarecrows will remain on display from Saturday October 14th to Saturday October 21st and must be able to withstand the elements; no perishable goods are permitted (i.e. pumpkins, squash, etc., for the attachments).

- Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 Scarecrows:
1st Place - $100 Wal Mart Gift Card
2nd Place - $75 Wal Mart Gift Card
3rd Place - $50 Wal Mart Gift Card

- Scarecrows will be removed at the end of the Festival on October 21st and any personal items must be retrieved before frames can be collected by the Recreation Department.

- Form and payment must be received by October 11th at 6:00 pm. Checks can be dropped off at West Boylston Town Hall located at 140 Worcester Street in West Boylston. Please make checks payable to The Town of West Boylston.
