2016 Parent Survey - Lane County

As a parent, you are being asked to participate in a survey about our community’s support of young families and the programs and activities you would like to see offered in our community. The survey should only take you 15 minutes and you can end the survey at any time. Information you provide on the following questions is voluntary and will remain confidential. Information you provide will be combined with information from others in your community and reported in summary form only.
