The Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (SNHPC) has embarked on a “Becoming Age-Friendly” program. This survey is being hosted by SNHPC and sponsored by AARP, Tufts Health Plan Foundation, and the City of Manchester. The concept of an age-friendly community is in part about adopting such features as:
·         Safe, walkable streets
·         More housing and transportation options
·         Access to key services
·         Opportunities for residents to participate in community activities

“Age-Friendly” in this sense is meant to capture all ages, not exclusively the senior population. We also want to listen to and understand the experiences of Millennials (born between 1980 & 2000). This particular survey is meant to provide the Commission and its partners with valuable information about residents on housing, transportation, recreation, and social engagement.  Please take the time to participate in this survey.

For more information on our Age-Friendly program, please visit the SNHPC website or find us on Facebook.

After properly completing this survey, you may voluntarily enter your contact information to participate in a raffle to win a $50 Visa gift card! Thank you and know that we are very grateful for your time and input!
