2012 State of Mentoring Survey |
1. Introduction
Welcome to Washington State Mentors's 2012 State of Mentoring Survey which asks for information about 2011 programs and operations. Washington State Mentors (WSM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building the capacity and quality of youth mentoring in Washington.
Thank you for taking your time to complete this survey. No individual organization information will be disclosed.
Data from the survey will be used to:
~ Identify the needs and assets of mentoring providers.
~ Describe the Mentoring Gap in Washington.
~ Create and implement needed training and technical assistance.
~ Direct private funding to mentoring organizations.
WSM has directed over $4.2 million in grants to organizations that have completed this survey. All WSM grant opportunities require applicants to complete this survey.
As a bonus, organizations that complete this survey will be entered automatically in a raffle for one of five $100 Costco gift cards.
