This form takes about 5-6 min. It's for applying for Licentiate Society membership. Please know your MCHK Reg. No. (if applicable). Kindly also have a credit card available to pay the application fee.
Members agree to abide by the Society's bylaws and pay the current annual fee (500 HKD per year; payment window at end). Final approval is determined by the Council. We only review paid, completed applications. This is done on a monthly basis. Please do not contact us about the status of your application if it's been less than 1 month.Thanks in advance for your patience.
Open to apply: doctors with LMCHK (Full members), those having taken the HKMLE or those studying for it (Associate members).
*Medical students and exam candidates: you will need to upload a copy of student ID or med school diploma.
