Feedback on Release Event Webinar of the Climate Science and Colonialism Educator’s Guide, 27 February 2026

The Education Working Group of My Climate Risk, a Lighthouse Activity of the World Climate Research Programme, released a pilot version of an Educator’s Guide to Climate Science and Colonialism via a webinar on February 27, 2026. This collection of curated resources explores the historical entanglement of climate science and colonialism and its manifestations today, and can be adapted by educators and scholars in multiple contexts, from high school and college to informal education and community engagement.
This 5-minute survey aims to collect feedback about the webinar, and your first impressions and initial feedback on the Educator’s Guide. We hope to gauge the interests from educators and researchers in forming and sustaining a Community of Practice on this topic.
