A Different Conversation - Your Feedback

We would like to gain a better understanding of your experiences of 'A Different Conversation' and the 'I Statements’ approach we use at the LCO for appraisals and 1-1s. We will be using your feedback to review the process and improve the supporting materials available. 

All responses are completely confidential. No individual results will be shared. All results will be anonymised and consolidated before reporting.
