* 1. March 4- Dementia Care 10-10:30am- In this session discover and recognize the initial signs of dementia, how to talk to your doctor about your concerns, and ways of managing symptoms offered by Indiana University School of Medicine. Join us from 10:30-11:30am for Bingo with prizes after.

* 2. April 8- Healthy Living for The Brain 10-11am- This session uses evidenced based information covering healthy eating, exercise, sleep and socializing offered by the Alzheimer's Association.
Join us from 11am-noon for candle making party. Make your own candle to take home with you from Worthy by Nature. Space is limited to the first 30.

* 3. May 6- Healthy Bladder and Bowel Habits 10-11am- This session will discuss incontinence (both urine and fecal). Incontinence is NOT a normal part of aging, it's costly and embarrassing. This session will help you understand 1) the bladder and bowel function 2) important role of the pelvic floor muscle and 3) HOW diet affects your bladder and bowel health offered by FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers.
Join us from 11am-noon with Creative Nature as you will create bird feeders/homes using recycled materials and crafted with your own unique essence. Welcome Nature’s play in your own space so that you can enjoy the season watching the birds and bees.  Watch out for the squirrels!

* 4. June 3- Thinking Ahead 10-11am- In this session we will help you understand the first steps to think about with the kinds of help you might want in the near future. Maybe you live alone, so there is no one living in your home who is available to help you. Maybe you don't need help right now, but you live with a spouse or family member who does. Learn about day centers, short term rehab, assisted living, long term care, hospice care, and respite care with COMPASSUS and Clearvista Lake Health Campus.

* 5. July 1 10-11am- Basics of Elder Law- In this session learn what documents you will need in place, learn about trusts, probate court, and medical benefits to have in place when needed offered by Indiana Estate and Elder Law.

August 5 10-11am- Money Management with Rebecca Muller, CFP, CFS from Circle Financial Planning, Inc. - Learn how to be prepared with an ICE box (in case of emergency where is your electronic ice box) and when was the last time you had a financial fire drill to know where all your documents are located.
Join us from 11am-noon with Creative Nature as you will create windchimes alongside community members.  They will be assembled using recycled materials, and crafted with your unique touch.  Welcome the gentle breeze as Nature shifts in your own space with a melody that invites stillness.
