Conflict Seminar Series: Learn Communication/Conflict Management & Team Building Skills
Conflict is a fact of life – we all face it throughout our lives. Learn how to use it to build stronger teams and reach the best possible solutions.
This is a three part series, four hours per module, which provides participants with the practical skills to successfully diffuse and manage conflict, enhancing employee relationships for a more effective and efficient workplace.
This training is applicable to corporations, communities, school staff even youth.
1. Conflict Management Training includes awareness of conflict styles, building empathy and relationship management.
2. Advanced Communication Training provides students with micro-skills in active listening and getting to the root cause of the conflict with the help of coaches who are practicing mediators.
3. Negotiation Development Training provides the learner with a process to be able to negotiate with other parties and actively apply skills learned in modules 1 and 2. This module includes active practice sessions with coaches certified in this area.
