The Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) is working with the Florida Rehabilitation Council and staff at The Able Trust to conduct a Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA) of Florida residents with disabilities. The results of this needs assessment will inform the development of VR’s section of Florida’s Combined State Plan for providing workforce development services and will help inform decisions about programs and services for people with disabilities.
The following survey includes questions that ask you about the unmet, employment-related needs of persons with disabilities. You will also be asked about the type of work you do and whether you provide employment services, Pre-ETS, or both. We anticipate that it will take about 10 minutes of your time to complete the survey. Your participation in this needs assessment is voluntary. If you decide to participate, your response will be anonymous; that is, recorded without any identifying information that is linked to you. You will not be asked for your name anywhere in this survey.
