HALLOWEEN SAFE KIDS NIGHT -
MANATEE COUNTY'S PREMIERE HALLOWEEN EVENT!

Thank you for registering your organization as a PARTNER in our 25th Annual Halloween Safe Kids Night, hosted by Manatee CrimeStoppers. This year's event will occur on Saturday October 31st, 2026 at the Bradenton Area Convention Center in Palmetto from 6:00p - 9:00p. If your agency, company, church or business is interested in hosting a booth, sponsorship opportunities or participating in some way, please register by completing the questionaire below. First priority will be given to past participants, but we do anticipate extra spaces this year. If you are aware of other interested participants or sponsors, please pass on the link to this registration and encourage them to complete the form. Once you complete the questions, your information will automatically upload into our database so that we may add you to our communications list. Thanks

4.We are interested in reviewing a package with sponsorship opportunities. Please check the level(s) you may be interested in so we can follow up with details.

6.We are aware of the two planning meetings / partner check-in at the Bradenton Area Convention Center in Palmetto on Thursday 9/24/2026 & Wednesday 10/21/2026. We acknowledge that we will have a representative attend and check in to at least one of these planning meetings between 4pm - 4:30pm. :(Required.)
7.We acknowledge that hosting a booth is free for Govt / Non-profit Orgs, but understand we are expected to decorate and staff our booth for the full 3 hours of the event. Additionally, we will bring enough candy / treats to distribute to at least 3000+ people.(Required.)
8.We acknowledge that we may begin setup anytime after 9am on 10/31, but understand that our booth must be completely decorated / set up / functional no later than 5:00pm on 10/31/2026.(Required.)
