·     Summarize the utility of statistical control charts in improvement projects

Dr. David Frost - Achieving Multidisciplinary QI in a Healthcare Institution
Objectives: 
·     Identify principles of change management relevant to QI projects
·     Apply QI methods and tools in the clinical environment
·     Identify real world challenges that arise in the pursuit of improvement

Dr. Peter Wu - How to Think Critically About QI Projects 
Objectives:
·     Describe common problems encountered in QI projects
·     Appraise a QI project
