Objectives:
·     Describe the scope of the problem
·     Review Dopplers and CT pulmonary angiograms in a tertiary care institution
·     Identify unnecessary anticoagulation of subsegmental pulmonary embolisms
·     Reduce the over investigation and over treatment of VTE
