About the Customer Success Services and Resources Research

As the worldwide Customer Success profession and community continues to grow at an ever increasing pace, many companies are beginning to turn to outside consulting and other resources to assist them with developing and extending their Customer Success capabilities.

To assist those companies in locating appropriate resources, The Customer Success Association has created a Resource Registry for consulting, training and/or other service providers and resources.

To evaluate the demand for such services and/or resources, the CSA has compiled the following short list of questions about services you may have used, or would consider using at some point in the future, and/or resources that you would like to see become available.

As with all research done by the CSA, while we ask you to fully identify yourself and your company, we will never add this information to any mailing list, use it for any marketing purposes, or give it to anyone else under any circumstances. Only aggregate data will be used for reporting purposes.

If you have retained a consultant, trainer or other service provider, we would prefer that you did not identify them in your response. This survey is not about the quality of the providers, it’s about the demand for the services or other resources being offered.
