energy payments; temporary shelter and/or food programs for the homeless; or other services to meet one-time emergencies.

EMPLOYMENT - This may include information about employment and job training; job counseling; job placement and development; on-the-job training or summer youth job programs; or similar employment services.

HEALTH - This may include transportation to medical, dental or other health services; rural health programs; health related
information for all ages; periodic health and mental health screening and treatment; or similar health related services.

HOUSING - This may include information about housing services; counseling in landlord/tenant relations; assistance in applying for rent subsidies; home repair or residential rehab services; or similar housing services.

INCOME MANAGEMENT - This may include household financial counesling; income tax counseling; or other income management projects; or similar income management services.

NUTRITION - This may include food banks; distribution of food surplus and food supplies; preparation and delivering of meals to homebound elderly; nutrition counseling; initiating community gardens and food buying groups; or similar services.

SELF-SUFFICIENCY - This may include programs to help clients achieve a set of goals which result in greater self-sufficiency or
similar self-sufficiency services.
