2025 Local Roots Farm Main Season CSA signup

Sign up for the 2025 Local Roots Farm CSA season by completing this form. Only one signup per household/CSA group please!
We will send out confirmation emails with detailed payment instructions on a rolling weekly basis. Payment (full or first half) is due upon receipt of the confirmation email. We will accept signups until we reach capacity.

8.Choose your pickup site & day.(Required.)
9.Vacation/missed pickups:  We do not offer a refund or credit for missed pickups. You may always send a substitute to pick up your box, with no need to notify us or the site host. If you are unable to pick up your box and have no sub, your box will be distributed at the end of the pickup time frame so that the produce does not go to waste.

10.Please let me know how you plan to pay. This makes it easier for me to sort through payments as they come in and match them up to names. Payment instructions will be sent via email - please wait to pay until you receive this email.
