2026 CSAE Speaker/Presenter/Facilitator Invitation

CSAE Presentation Proposal Form

We invite CSAE members and association thought leaders from across our great state and nation to speak at any of CSAE's events or roundtables about case studies, future trends, best practices and insightful thought leadership.
  • Please complete the below CSAE Speaker/Presenter Interest Form to let us know if you would be interested in speaking at any of our upcoming CSAE events and programs including our Future of Associations Symposia, Annual Conference, webinars or roundtables throughout the year.
  • In general, roundtables are facilitated to frame the conversation; Symposia are twice each year with 45-minute presentations/panels; webinars are 45 minutes with 15-minute Q&As; Annual Conference keynotes are 60 minutes and Annual Conference breakout sessions are 45 minutes.
In Colorado, we purposely create opportunities for our local association professionals, and consider members first. If you are not a member, we encourage you to join the organization to benefit from all that CSAE has to offer.

Deadlines
  • November 15, 2025 for the March 3 or 6 (final date TBD), 2026 Virtual Future of Associations Symposium.
  • January 15, 2026 for the June 10-12 2026 Annual Conference. (And, we welcome submissions as soon as you can, as we begin planning the sessions in November of 2025.)
  • July 15, 2026 for the October 2026 Future of Associations Symposium.
  • Roundtables and Webinars are held throughout the year, so submissions are considered as soon as they are received.
Recognition
We are seeking out speakers who do not expect payment or travel reimbursement, but instead, want to be seen as thought leaders. Utilize these opportunities for your professional development and career contributions - as well as to contribute to this great community of association professionals!
