CSA 47 - Carmel Views Guardrail Survey

Monterey County is proposing to replace approximately 1,082 linear feet of wood guardrails along a section of Outlook Drive (north of Outlook Court) and along two separate sections of Pine Hills Drive. The County is seeking feedback from property owners in County Service Area (CSA) 47 on the proposed project. Since the identified guardrails fall within the boundary of CSA 47, the County is proposing to fund the guardrail replacement from CSA 47 funds.

This questionnaire has been designed to capture information related to support of the replacement of existing wooden guardrails and any interest in installing guardrails where they do not currently exist. Your feedback is very important in determining the scope of any guardrail project.
