The Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME) is piloting an initiative - Fractional Talent designed to address critical workforce challenges faced by Singapore’s SMEs amidst global economic uncertainty, technological disruption & evolving work models which brings about key issues pertaining to Talent Retention, Leadership Transition, Capability building (knowledge Transfer).

To ensure the initiative effectively address SMEs real-world needs, we are gathering SMEs views regarding key issues such as talent retention, leadership transition and capability building (knowledge transfer) noting Singapore's fast aging workforce and changing needs of senior professionals as they approach retirement.
