Draft Vision and Goals Exercises Menlo Park Neighborhood Plan Open House (March 13, 2023)

The Menlo Park Neighborhood Plan Steering Committee revised and approved by consensus the Menlo Park Neighborhood Plan DRAFT VISION and DRAFT GOALS included in this survey during their February 16, 2023, meeting. These Draft Vision and Draft Goals were presented to the neighborhood at the March 11, 2023, Open House. Please complete this survey if you did not attend the Open House and would like to participate.

The Sonoran Desert meets the Santa Cruz River in Menlo Park, a unique and prospering neighborhood where we honor and celebrate our rich archaeology and history; embrace a diversity of cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds; nurture neighborhood unity; preserve our natural assets, such as the Santa Cruz River, “A” Mountain, and Tumamoc Hill; protect our wildlife corridors, rural areas, and historic homes; support our parks, schools, and local businesses; and value our public art. Our neighborhood, adjacent to downtown, features urban development patterns that complement the natural and historic setting; is safe, resilient, and walkable; and provides accessible, affordable housing and reliable public services to our community.
