Riders are participating in this event at their own risk. Organizers are not liable for any adverse events that may occur, up to and including property damage, injury, or death.

Most riding will be on-street, either on bike lanes or on side streets. All types of bicycles are welcome, including adaptive bicycles and Class I and II e-bikes. Participants acknowledge that they will ride safely, in an orderly fashion, and follow all applicable rules of the road and traffic laws. Bicycles are prohibited from being ridden on the sidewalk. Children age 16 and under must wear a helmet by law.(Required.)
