This application is open to individuals who are in recovery from problem gambling/gambling disorder who are seeking their CRPA Certification.
Applications must be completed fully. Two letters of recommendation will be required as well as a narrative on what gambling recovery means to you, your relationship with gambling recovery, and why you are seeking to obtain your CRPA credential. These items will be required uploads in this application. The application will not save your progress, it is recommended to have the required uploads before filling out the application. Scholarship recipients will be required to attend the 30 hour Gambling Harm Peer Support Training offered by NYCPG in 2026. Contact Rachel Lauria for training dates.
All training and/or exams are required to take place in 2026.
