This questionnaire aims to assist both you, the client, and me, the designer to develop an initial focus and define important aspects of your project.  Providing as much information as possible will greatly assist in developing designs for your project that are appropriate, unique and effective.

Once you return your questionnaire, I'll discuss a few more aspects that are necessary to create a proposal and quotation tailored for your specific needs along with the terms and conditions of the design process.  This agreement will need to be signed before work commences on your project.  

It's a straightforward process that facilitates clean communication and quality graphic design.
