2025 CRI Steering Committee Nomination Form

Nominations are now being accepted for the Association of American Cancer Institutes (AACI) Clinical Research Innovation (CRI) Steering Committee. All AACI cancer center members are welcome to submit nominations.

Please include the first and last name of the nominee along with their corresponding institution, job title, and contact information (i.e. an email address and/or phone number).
