1.New Expense to Reimbursement template: Concur Expense – NetSuite

This Business Process Automation (BPA) template automates the expense to reimbursement business process between Concur Expense and NetSuite. The employee expenditure reports, users, organization units, expense attachments, and expense lines are automatically synced between your Concur Expense and NetSuite accounts.

2.New Expense to Reimbursement template: Coupa Expense – NetSuite

This BPA template automates expense to reimbursement between Coupa Expense and NetSuite. The employee expense reports, users, departments, and expense line attachments across Coupa are automatically synced between Coupa Expense and NetSuite accounts.

3.New Reverse ETL for Snowflake

This powerful new feature allows you to ingest data from your Snowflake data warehouse into your most common end-user applications, including advanced customization capabilities. You can use Reverse ETL for important metrics such as data analytics, customer tracking, and lead capture for the sales department.

4.Payout to Reconciliation Automation for NetSuite:
New endpoint for Authorize.net payment gateway

For customers in the Early Adopter Program (EAP), a new endpoint for Authorize.net is available in Payout to Reconciliation Automation for NetSuite. Authorize.net is a payment processing service provider that allows merchants to accept credit card and electronic check payments through their website and over an Internet Protocol connection. Their service replaces the traditional model of sourcing a payment gateway and merchant account from different providers.

5.New flow for Automate payroll integration from ADP to NetSuite:

A new flow, ADP payroll general ledger file to NetSuite journal entry (add), has been added to the Employee Onboarding and Offboarding BPA for ADP. The flow automates payroll to journal entry integration from ADP Workforce Now to NetSuite and improves your HR productivity by avoiding double data entry.

6.Salesforce – NetSuite SuiteBilling template update

New flows are available in the Salesforce – NetSuite SuiteBilling template, now grouped within related sections:

Salesforce contract to NetSuite customers, billing accounts, and subscriptions (add or update)
Exports new or updated Salesforce account and contracts in real time
Syncs Salesforce accounts and NetSuite customers
Syncs Salesforce billing accounts (custom object) and NetSuite billing accounts
Syncs contracts as NetSuite SuiteBilling subscriptions
Syncs subscriptions as NetSuite SuiteBilling subscription lines

7.Amazon - NetSuite:
Track Amazon shipping discount as a line item using a NetSuite substitute item

A new setting, NetSuite substitute item to track shipping discount, has been added to Settings > Order (FBA/MFN) section > Orders tab.
The order flow creates an order line with this item for the shipping discount amount and taxes.

8.Amazon - NetSuite:
Create Return Authorization from a cash sale in the FBA return management add-on

The FBA return management add-on has been enhanced to create a return authorization from a cash sale. The setting Lookup criteria to search matching cash sale or invoice in NetSuite is updated to find matching cash sales in NetSuite, along with invoices.

9.Amazon - NetSuite:
Product category template revised for latest Amazon changes

For the US marketplace, Amazon has updated the product category template for “Auto Accessory” and “Toys.” You can now map the newly added subcategory-related fields in the NetSuite Item to Amazon Product flow’s product mappings.

10.Amazon - NetSuite:
Amazon integrations are now compatible to integrate with the new Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)

The Celigo product team will be migrating all Amazon integrations for you (in phases, after this release), by updating your integration to use the Amazon Hybrid Selling Partner API (SP-API and MWS) connection. All flows for orders and reports will use the Amazon SP API.

A new flow Sync HubSpot deal to NetSuite sales order (add) allows you to automate and sync the closed deals from HubSpot as a sales order in NetSuite.
