Ask the contact to access their Facebook page while you are on the call. They should navigate to the settings tab and select ‘roles’. Stress that this does not give away any permissions other than the ability to see how their Facebook page is performing; the results of the analysis will be discussed during the review and they can have regular updates thereafter.
