Introduction

USBC's Strategic Goal 4, Create and Model a Culture of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, is interwoven with each of the other three Strategic Goals. Equity is the bedrock principle guiding our journey of learning, working, and building together to achieve our shared vision of "thriving families and communities." Your guidance is needed to improve our ability to advance equity and inclusion at USBC.

The CRASH Committee (CRASH is a mnemonic: Culture, Respect, Assessment/Affirmation, Sensitivity/Self-Awareness, Humility) oversees USBC's structural and cultural transformation in partnership with our network of stakeholders, ensuring that equity is intentionally infused throughout our collaborative efforts. Here are the CRASH recommendations.

At this time, USBC's CRASH Committee is seeking to appoint seven new members, for a term beginning August 2018 and ending August 2021. To express your interest in serving, please submit the interest form below by Friday, July 13. The USBC offers multiple formats for application submission, so if you prefer to send a video clip, powerpoint or audio file, instead of written responses to the questions below, we will gladly accept your application. We strongly encourage persons of color to apply.
