Delray Beach CRA Redevelopment Plan Amendment

The Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is responsible for developing and implementing the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Plan that addresses the unique needs of the targeted area – the CRA District. The Community Redevelopment Plan includes the overall goals for redevelopment in the CRA District, as well as identifying the types of projects planned for the CRA District.

The Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Plan was last updated in 2014. Since then, several projects previously identified have been completed. Additionally, the needs of those living and working within the CRA District have changed. At this time, the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Plan needs to be amended to meet the current and projected needs.

The purpose of this survey is to solicit your feedback regarding the CRA Redevelopment Plan Amendment Project (“Project”).

As a Delray Beach resident, property owner, or business owner, your feedback regarding the CRA District’s most pressing needs is critical as we work on amending the Delray Beach CRA Redevelopment Plan.
